When they click on 'Nominate a Friend', they'll be brought to the promote destination you've set -- this is typically an Extole-hosted microsite at refer.com… # Promotion Email The promotion email is how you announce your Nomination program to your customers. When they click on "Nominate a Friend", they'll be brought to the promote destination you've set -- this is typically an Extole-hosted microsite at refer.companyname.com. This is where the nominator enters information about the person they are nominating. You can ask any number of questions about the nominee -- from their name and email to their address and occupation, these fields should represent all the information you need to select and communicate with a winner. Extole recommends setting a "Nomination Message Minimum Character Length" to ensure you're getting sufficient information as to why the nominee should be selected. If you're *not* using an Extole-hosted microsite, you'll put whatever external URL you want promote links to go to in "Destination for Clicks on Promotions" in the "Promote Destination" creative, and put `nomination_experience` in "Extole-Hosted Experience to Trigger on URL Landing". They will receive a reward email after they submit a nomination and pass all quality and rewarding rules.
