As part of Extole's [General Data Protection Regulation](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Data_Protection_Regulation) ("GDPR") readiness, Extole customers will have a choice to enter into our standard Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") that includes the European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses ("Model Clauses").
